It was really old at night inside the room. It was uncomfortable

Maybe it was the fact that it was the “rainy season” but our room was extremely damp. You could feel the wetness in the air. I ended up with a minor cold by the end of our stay. Room service food was awful. Bucanero food was also well under par. My wife got food poisoning from dinner at Neptune’s one night. Spa was great and the rest of the restaurants were okay I guess. The breakfast buffet was really good and they have a fantastic gym.

Property next door usually has restaurants included as well but under major construction. Staff after check in didn’t seem interested

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great staff great service over all. Clean rooms,clean pools, great restaurants, and great service. Definitely coming back to stay here.
