“Beyond our widest expectations”
Our first time staying but will def be back, been to Universal y times now and Epic just became our favourite park and will def be staying at Helios for our next visit, every area of the hotel exceeded our expectations and we had 2 of the best meals of our 3 week stay at the hotel in Bar Helios and Flora Taverna

“Perfect hotel for Epic Universe”
Beautiful hotel. We had a great view of the park. Roll out bed was comfortable and single bed size.
Having to pay for the bottled water next to the coffee pod machine, there's not enough coffee for everyone. Toiletries are not replenished.
