I liked how the hotel followed my request for having a low floor and how the room was big and clean. There was also free snacks, and a coffee machine, it was very much appreciated.

We couldn't turn off the AC so it was a bit cold in the room. But it's our gault we didn't request help.

The location is excellent, and the reception staff were very friendly, helpful, and cooperative. Overall, I have always had a good impression of this hotel, which is why I have chosen to stay here several times. This was actually my fourth stay. We booked two rooms this time, and the room for our children was very good and met our expectations.

Unfortunately, the second room, which was for my wife and me, was disappointing compared with my previous stays. The room appeared to be designed as an accessible room for guests with mobility needs, and the layout and very limited space were not suitable or comfortable for us. More importantly, the condition and cleanliness of the room were below the standard I expected from this hotel. Some of the furnishings looked old and worn. The bathroom had visible stains, and the area underneath the bidet was not properly cleaned and had unpleasant dirt and marks. The rubber/sealing around the shower door was damaged, and there were also noticeable stains and discoloration on parts of the walls. Considering that we paid approximately €140 per night for each room, I expected the room, furnishings, bathroom condition, and overall cleanliness to be of a much better standard. This was particularly disappointing because my previous stays at this hotel had been positive.

Aamiainen oli kattava. Huone oli siisti ja hyvin ilmastoitu. Hotellin sisustus ja siisteys oli ihan kunnossa.

Kuntosali puuttuu, hissit ja ovien avaukset olivat äänekkäät ja vastaanoton henkilökunta aika totista. Astiat loppuivat aamupalalla joka aamu.
