“Great hotel in an excellent location”

We stayed at this hotel for 6 days,The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The room was spotless, very clean, and exceptionally quiet, allowing us to relax and sleep comfortably every night. The location is one of the best in Rome, with easy access to all major attractions and excellent public transportation connections. Getting around the city by bus was very convenient and hassle-free. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

“Wonderful staff and Hotel and Spa”

Great Staff, nice hotel. Paolo ( bar) Alessandro ( chef) Carolina, Matteo, Andrea, Lorena, and others were all lovely and I made sure to tell them that! In particular they calmed me when I left my phone in a Taxi! - and they got it back for me immediately. The hotel beds are Wonderful, for good sleeps. A lovely holiday.

“Wonderful hotel”

My partner and I had a lovely 4 days in Rome and the Trilissa Palace Hotel was just perfect for our stay. Bonus for having a sushi restaurant right next door where we ate every evening. The Spa's at the hotel were gorgeous, we booked 2 different ones whilst we were there. Breakfast was lovely, plenty to choose from. Wonderful helpful staff who went out there way. Would def return and highly recommend.

The day started out wonderfully and ended better the food was wonderful and the SERVICE GOD BLESS THEM they were super cute and attentive the place is super clean and we had our space and privacy we got the moon spa it was perfecttt and babes clock it it was a blast I on my end super recommend for relaxation and fun time
