The concierge Alexandra was extremely helpful, personable, accommodating. The bar tenders were great and easy to talk to.
On our last evening, we have to request to have our rooms cleaned not once by twice. And the housekeepers were next door to our room or on the same floor each time. Also there was an older gentleman concierge that wasn't as helpful. Also they were not familiar with VAT and provided us wrong information when departing Italy for Switzerland. Lots of people buy designer items with knowing about VAT taxes, where to complete the documentation, etc. They should know better. And for their knowledge, at the Tirano train station before boarding the Bernina Express, there is a tax office that took care of our VAT claim.
