نظافه الفندق وقريب من جميع الاماكن الي تحتاج توصلها مشى والغرف وسيعه من ناحيه بعض الفنادق والموظفين بصراحه ممتازين

“Good stay thanks to location and staff, but value for money needs to improve”

Location is perfect - just in front of the V&A Museum and walking distance to Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park. Easy check-in and check-out. Staff was wonderful, very welcoming and professional - special thanks to Mr. Scott (always smiling and very professional) and to the young gentleman at the reception who stored our luggage and helped us into the taxi on check-out (sorry, I didn't ask the name).

For the price, the overall quality was not good enough. Room was quite small, and on the first night it was not cleaned (we did not ask not to). Both main elevators were out of order for the whole weekend, so long queues for the small service elevator that was quite inconvenient. Breakfast had a good choice of hot food, but limited salads, only low-fat yoghurt (why ?) and mostly canned fruit in syrup, not much fresh fruit.

belki lokasyon. bulamıyorum bişey beğendiğim. O yüzden fazla bişey yazamayacağım. Dediğim gibi lokasyon bir nebze ve harrods ta işiniz varsa oraa yakın gerçekten.

Çok eski bir otel parasına kesinlikle değmez, odalar ufak dolaplar kırık dökük, asansörler sıkıntılı, koridorlar kötü kokuyor. Çalışanlar mutsuz gözüküyor. Kahvaltı çeşitli gözüksede lezzet tartışılır.
