Clean and Luxurious! My room was wonderful and clean, boasted a half view of Central Park. Housekeeping was fantastic and the general amenities were lovely. Room service was delicious. The staff was so kind! I don’t typically stay at hotels of this calibre but they certainly know how to do luxury and treat its patients. They even have elevator attendants!

The suites were beautifully renovated and very comfortable Staff is amazing.

Corridors need updating. Carpeting looks worn and tired and even smells in some areas. Breakfast is very overpriced.

Our stay here was out-standing. Extremely efficient and friendly service. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite, which was enormous by New York standards. The room was immaculate and opulently appointed. The house keeping was absolutely next level. The suite and the hotel itself felt very old world grandiose, in the best possible way. The elevator operators are a great touch. We would absolutely stay here again.
