Hotel is good Thanks for the depth of our heart that you have given us fragrance of our dear india here in London very cosy, very friendly and yes very homely. Specially Muskan remindeds us our country . Though she is cordial with all . She is very helping she knows everything about London and she took very much care of the tourist . Muskan is best

“Left us feeling Disappointing and downgraded”
Breakfast was enjoyable
Upon arrival we were given a room key , once we made it to the room it would not open . All of a sudden a lady opened the door in her dressing gown looking very surprised . This was embarrassing for both parties and we quickly apologised to her and made the trip back down to reception. We notified the receptionist about the occupied room and was given a key to another room . We entered the new room and found that the toilet had just been used with tissue still in it. Dusty bedside tables and desk and Broke drawers. We could also hear every person walking past the room . The room didnt look like what we had seen online and felt like a downgrade . After another visit to reception to complain, they told us that they had no more available rooms and all they could do was offer us a drink from the bar . Being late and travelling all the way up from Cornwall, tired and defeated we had no choice but to stay in the room . The manager attempted to call our room but only let the phone ring twice . Another trip to reception to find out what she wanted resulted in an apology and offered us house keeping to clean the room, not what I'd expect for a room costing £235 for one night in a so called 5 star establishment.
