“If you’re curious, book it!”
A fabulous time at a very niche property! I made a lot of friends and I look forward getting to return.

Staff was Amazing!! Everyone so accommodating we will come back again. Also. We are locals it was very easy to find just a few minutes away from home. I must say it felt like I was away from everything.
Um NOTHING!!!!!! IT WAS ALL GREAT!!!

I was initially assigned a room right by the main entrance, with a window open to the car park on N Birch Rd, which really screams motel style. After I flagged with the front desk that I am a light sleeper, they were able to give me a better room, which I really enjoyed. It's pratically a huge 1-bedroom apartment with with separate kitchen and a balcony!
The breakfast hasn't improved at all and it's awful. It's kind of food that you wouldn't even want at a gas station. I feel like it's a total ripoff as there are many good cafes and restaurants in the area (eg Archibald); if the Grand can't do a proper breakfast, then 86 it and reduce the hotel rates.

“I made amazing memories with people from all over the world! I would stay there again and recommend to my friends.”
Staff was welcoming and accommodating. Mathew was sort of the events coordinator - super cheerful and engaging. He knew everyone there spent money to be there and he wanted that valuable time to be fun and magical. It was memorial weekend. They had a DJ and a dancer and they offered hot dogs / hamburgers for $14. I don’t think the DJ was needed. The dancer was well tipped so that should have paid for itself - the hotdogs / hamburgers should have been free or under $10 in my opinion. Besides that - it was an amazing time with amazing people. The owners are trying - and that’s what matters. I would give it 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Room prices. They were different for each day. Confusing. Should be less Mon-Thur and slightly higher on weekend. I agree special events should be a little more. If they capped it less than $300 more locals and Miami / palm beach gays would book a room.
Property is beautiful and rooms were well maintained !
