“If you just stay a few days, totally worth it.”
The apartment I was predominately in was an upgraded apartment. Apt. 2017. Granite countertops, upgraded kitchen, same in the bathrooms. The apartment had a good size and for the price, which seems a bit steep at first, it was fully functional. You can move in and start living. Full kitchen, washer and dryer room with an iron and ironing board. TV in every room. The location is great, mostly quiet and nice. Nice Mountain View. The maintenance crew is very nice, specifically Anthony. Security patrols the grounds every night all night. Good sense of security. I’m disabled, so it was hard to get downstairs to the dumpster. But you can call the front desk (open 24/7) and they’ll send somebody over to pick it up. For what you’re getting, it’s worth staying there. There’s no casino in town that can match the amenities you get for that price.
The internet sucks. At peak times it slows down quite a bit. They have Dish Network. In my opinion, the worst of all satellite companies. What bothered me personally the most is that you can’t use the extra HDMI input on any TV. I usually connect my iPad to the TV and use the TV as a display of my iPad. This way I can watch Rumble or Flixtor. This is not possible. You’re left to their devices, which is Dish satellite TV, YouTube, Netflix, etc. And the TV’s have 1. no sleep timer and one can’t dim the picture. It’s too bright if you watch in the night. The mattresses were very ‘lived in’ (in both apartments I was in). Not firm anymore but very ‘dented.’
