“Disappointing”

Location is fantastic. And that's pretty much it.

So, after staying at THC in Madrid and Granada, I had high expectations for this place, as those two hostels I mentioned offer really high-quality experiences. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The staff I interacted with really lacked customer service. They had an unwelcoming "don't care or whatever" attitude. There's only one bathroom for six people in the room. They kept the air conditioner off during the night! I had a really hard time getting some rest; I had to text them at 3 AM to have it turned on. It's a really old building, and the floor makes so much noise when someone is walking across the room that it even makes the beds shake, which will wake you up every five minutes. Overall, a very poor experience. Disappointed. They really need to learn from THC at Madrid and Granada..
