“It was convenient and comfortable”

It was close to my sisters house. I loved the little restaurant by the registration desk

I did not get to see much we only stayed 1 night. But the pool looked so nice I wish I had more time to explore

I like the location being near a lot of restaurants and shops.

I would not stay here again. The first room I was given had bed bugs. I reported it immediately and was moved to another room, but after that experience I honestly should have checked into a different hotel altogether. The hotel’s pillow policy is also ridiculous. They only allow one pillow per guest (or two per bed), which means there aren’t even enough pillows for two per person. For something as basic as a comfortable night’s sleep, that’s unacceptable. The property is in desperate need of repairs and renovations. Throughout the hotel there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke and marijuana, and the overall atmosphere felt dirty and poorly maintained. While the lower room rates may be appealing, in my experience they came at the cost of cleanliness, comfort, and overall quality. I’ll gladly pay more next time to stay somewhere cleaner, better maintained, and more comfortable.
