La habitación era espaciosa u cómoda, el desayuno regular

Me cobraron 100 dólares extra de depósito o garantía , no me avisaron que iba a demorar tanto el reintegro y al día de hoy ( que el 27 va a hacer un mes) no me fue reintegrado .Adenas envíe varios Mail y no obtuve respuesta

“I liked my room but it was very humid on the top floor”

The rooms were big and comfortable for me and my family

False advertising of the breakfast paid resort fee but the pool was closed. It was humid and I was on the top floor

Me cobraron unos creditos que cuando hice check in me dijeron que no serian cargados a mi tarjeta. pero resulta que luego me cobraron 23 dolares por noche que son el supuesto credito por parte del hotel. Dben comunicar bien a los clientes que los creditos seran cargados a la tarjet al final.
