“Mix feelings in Milan”

I like the location close to a lot, But did not like restaurant in hotel , we were charge $10 per bottle of water and food did not taste fresh it tasted heated food . I had notified ti front desk no service and they did it anyway . They moved even my shoes, did appreciate any of that . For a five star hotel it’s overrated

Did not like the $10 dollar of bottle water in their restaurant which also had an old cook food ! Also ask to not do room service and they did them everyday no matter what . They even touch my shoes and set them straight and moved things on my bed . Did not like this at all , very upset with the customer service , even though some of crew members were very polite !

1)Aria condizionata che non si spegneva e faceva freddo tutta la notte! 2) il tappo della vasca non funzionava e non chiudeva bene 3)Non c’erano prodotti per la vasca bagno ma solo in doccia e fissati alla parete, quindi impossibile usare shampoo o sapone nella vasca da bagno 4)la cosa piu grave, Incredibile odore del vicino mc donalds in tutto il corridoio e nella camera, nausenzte, vome essere in cucina del mcdonals, fatto notare non hanno saputo darci risposte se non dire che forse faranno ristrotturazione e sperano di risolvere.
