Dear Hotel Manager, I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation, especially to Mr. Ali, and also to the wonderful team at the front desk and lobby. As someone who travels frequently, is a manager myself, and has also worked in the hotel industry in the past, I truly appreciate genuine hospitality and excellent guest service. I stayed in the hotel with my two children. During our stay, Ali was exceptionally kind, welcoming and took ownership of any questions or requests we had, and did everything he could to make our stay easier and more comfortable. Thanks to Ali’s sincere and caring approach, we truly felt at home during our stay in London. I would be very grateful if you could share our special thanks with Ali and the rest of the lobby team. “Clean, comfortable, great location, but shower was unadjustable and leaked, plus staff weren’t very welcoming”

Great location, easy to find - clean

The shower nearly caused a flood - it wasn’t adjustable and was facing right at the bottom of the shower door which didn’t close properly so water went straight through the gaps - I had to just use the handheld attachment. The staff weren’t very welcoming, I felt that the reception man was unfriendly and judgemental as I was dressed in casual clothes on arrival from the train, he made me feel like I didn’t deserve to be there.
