“Very disappointed”

We have been going to this hotel for the past 27years and have noticed its decline over the last few years hoping they would start to upgrade as it has become very tired and behind the times. This year was the worst we go every year for a month we were told at check in there would be no housekeeping every day bins and towels would be changed every other day (but that didn’t happen the bins we did ourselves) towels were changed as and when you caught the housekeeper.carpet hoovered once in the month we were there we went and bought our own toilet cleaner room fresheners floors in the bathroom and kitchen area never mopped .Sheets only changed twice in the month had to make them ourselves I don’t pay all that money to go on holiday to do the housekeeping in my holiday time when last year we would come back to our rooms and all was spotless. we tried the grab and go breakfast option a bottle of resort water a plain dry bagel and a piece of of fruit if any left very poor . One pool was shut for the last week so called maintenance being done but nobody working on it . Very disappointed this year maybe time for a change . We have gone back over the years as security is on site .

Antes había mas limpieza que ahora. Yo llevo 9 años viajando y quedándome en ese mismo hotel y siempre había limpieza en todo el cuarto esta vez no hubo mucha limpieza
