“Classy upscale hotel near the arena and Channelside.”

The hotel was upscale, expensive, and the location is within walking distance to a lot it restaurants and the arena. The staff, rooms, and pool area were first-class. The full kitchen is a plus if you’re staying for more than a day or two. Parking (paid) is on-site with in and out privileges.

It’s pricey, but in line with the other hotels in the area. The next time we come down for games, shows and other events, we will probably stay in another hotel outside the Channelside/Convention Center area to save some bucks.

“Wonderful”

Staff was wonderful in helping us with a few unexpected challenges during our stay. They truly cared about helping us and called us back to double check that we were satisfied. Pool and Exercise facilities were outstanding. Location could not have been more central to the downtown Tampa area and exactly what we expected.

I had an outstanding experience staying in one of the studio apartments at ROOST Tampa. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The studio was beautifully designed, modern, and incredibly clean. It had everything I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, washer and dryer, and thoughtful touches that made it feel more like a luxury apartment than a hotel room. The space was quiet, spacious, and perfect for both relaxing and getting work done. The location is unbeatable. Being in the heart of Water Street made it easy to walk to great restaurants, the Riverwalk, Amalie Arena, and so many other attractions. The amenities were equally impressive. The rooftop pool, fitness center, and common areas were spotless and well maintained, creating a true resort-like atmosphere. What really made the stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure guests had a great experience. I would highly recommend ROOST Tampa to anyone visiting the city, whether for business or vacation. The studio apartment offered the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and luxury.
