“A HIDDEN GEM”
Good communication. Santi met me at the apartment as arranged and assisted with carrying my bag up a steep flight of stairs to the 1st floor. The apartment is large, modern, light and bright, well decorated, and very clean. On a day of 40 degrees, the aircon had been turned on for my comfort, and there were 2 bottles of cold water in the American size fridge. Large walk in shower with good pressure hot water. Bed very comfortable. 2 televisions - one in the lounge and one in the bedroom. 2 airconditioners - one in the lounge and one in the bedroom. Great location in small quiet street. 1 minute from river, 3 minutes from Cathedral and Alcazar.
The lock at the front door at street entrance did not lock. The lock at the apartment door is quite tricky to open so the key has to be jiggled to get the right spot. The crockery is kept in a very high cupboard, necessitating climbing up and standing on a stool, not ideal for an older person.
