“Good location and amazing staff”

Amazing location Amazing staff but waiting for dinner every night min 45min that's no acceptable Pools very small for all that people Breakfast everything dry no taste I would recommend that place to anyone Is only good for location cleaness and Staff sooo Amazing 👏 🤩 😉 👌

Breakfast was the worst l got and l travel a lot Dinner min waiting time was 45min and with 3 kids that was really challenging

“Comfortable stay”

We booked a 2-bedroom apartment but were pleasantly surprised to be given a 3-bedroom apartment instead, which made our stay much more comfortable. This is not your typical hotel experience — you are essentially renting an apartment for the duration of your stay. The property has five towers across the complex, and guests are allocated an apartment in one of them. The main lobby, shops and some facilities are located in Tower 1. If you are staying in another tower, you need to walk through the underground car park to access the lobby. The apartments themselves are very clean, spacious and comfortable. Our apartment had a fully equipped kitchen with an electric cooker, microwave and washing machine, as well as kitchenware for cooking and eating. However, there were no cleaning products provided for washing dishes or wiping down surfaces, so we had to purchase these ourselves. The hotel advertises three swimming pools, although one was closed during our stay. The other two are accessible by walking out of your tower through the communal garden area, where there is also a spa and supermarket. The only downside is that you have to walk through this communal area in your swimming clothes, which felt a little uncomfortable with other guests and tourists walking around. The swimming pools themselves are quite shallow and, in my opinion, would not really be adequate if guests from all five towers were using them at the same time. As it was summer and the hotel was relatively quiet, this wasn’t an issue for us, but I could see it becoming a problem during busier periods. Overall, I think this is a fantastic place to stay if you are looking for a comfortable, spacious base from which to explore the UAE. However, if you are looking for a traditional hotel experience with lots of on-site facilities and a resort-style atmosphere, this probably isn’t the right choice. I am actually planning to move to the UAE, and I would definitely stay here again as a base while exploring

البداية الاستقبال كان شخص في تمام الساعه 8 مساء من تسجيل دخولي نبهته اكثر من مرا على ملاحظتي ولم يكن يصغي جيدا واسلوبه مستفز ولو لم تكن معي عائله لما دخلت الفندق - الفندق قديم الاثاث قديم وروئحها سيئه + السرير والفراش سيء للغايه وقديم ومتهالك + الاطلاله متسخه ولم تكن جيده والنظافه سيئه للزجاج الخارجي + الفندق قديم ويحتاج هدم وبناء من جديد + القيمة غاليه جداً ولا يستحق + جلست ثلاثة ايام ولم استطع اكمال الرحله وفوراً تم تغيير الفندق لفندق مناسب للعائله ونظيف + الحمام سيء للغايه ومتهالك والله العظيم مثبت دش الشور بصابونه خربان + الاستقبال بعد الساعه 12 لا يجيب على التلفون - لا انصح به للاسف من البدايه كان الاستقبال سيء والخروج كان اسواء ولا يوجد اي شخص يساعدك لانها ابراج متراميه الاطراف والاستقبال في منطقه محدد + ازعاج التلفون كل يوم يتصلون في اوقات غريبه ويسالون عن اشياء اغرب لا اعلم ماهي الاسباب
