“Delightful stay!”

I loved the location and the hotel was delightful! Also, loved that we had access to the sister hotels next door and all the additional amenities and activities. The Elite package was also a wonderful addition to our trip. I would suggest taking advantage and book it on special occasions if you want to feel like royalty!

The only thing I would say that needs to be improved is the rules followed by staff regarding dress code. My partner and I had reservations at the elite restaurant and upon arrival he was told he had to change his shoes and come back. We followed the rules and went in upon entering we notice many other people not dressed according to the policy. My Husband was pretty upset we mentioned to the manager and she apologize tremendously but the bad night continued we ended being served the wrong food and the manager begged for us not to say anything. We explained that she needs to reinforce the policy for each customer to better follow the rules and make everyone comfortable. She stated that she had said something to the other customers but that they disregarded what she said and still came in. It was a very unpleasant night but other than that everything else was great!

Any time house keeping came to clean my room my sheets wasn’t changed sheets had ketchup on them and housekeeping wouldn’t just fix the bed instead of changing the sheets
