Location was undoubtedly the biggest highlight. The room was very spacious and had a great view of Times Square below. We stayed on a higher floor, although we later realised that the view from the lower floors was actually even better. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, even during peak summer, which made the room very comfortable. Room service was prompt. Everything else met expectations, from the comfortable beds and lighting to the convenient charging points and spacious bathroom. A nice little bonus was that the reception provides free ponchos on rainy days, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout, including the security team. The hotel bar is another highlight, offering an incredible panoramic view of Times Square from what feels like the perfect height. For tourists, the Hop-On Hop-Off bus stop is right outside the hotel entrance, making it extremely convenient for sightseeing.
