Master room without key and a common bathroom entrance from open area outside room( i had presence reservations).

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel and was very impressed with the overall experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and access local attractions and amenities. A special mention to all the staff for their excellent service and hospitality throughout my stay. Nothing was too much trouble, and they really made me feel welcome. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service. I would happily stay here again.

The only disappointment was the TV. There were limited channels available, and unfortunately there were no English-speaking channels at all. It would be great if the hotel could offer a wider selection of international and English channels for future guests.
