Ramada by Wyndham Temple Terrace/Tampa North

“Beautiful new hotel, but the lack of basic amenities was disappointing”

The hotel was newly built, so everything was very new, clean, and modern. The accommodations were in excellent condition, and it was nice to stay in a brand-new property.

Unfortunately, we had several issues during our stay. There was no TV remote control in the room, no hair dryer, and the window blind was broken. There was also a very bright exterior light directly above the window, which made the room extremely bright at night and made it difficult to sleep. We contacted the front desk about these issues, and they told us they would see what they could do and get back to us, but we never received any follow-up. Another disappointment was the breakfast. We paid extra for breakfast, but it consisted only of coffee and a muffin. Considering that we paid an additional fee for it, we expected a better breakfast selection. Overall, the hotel is new and the accommodations are nice, but there are some basic amenities and customer service issues that need improvement.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location and breakfast were great.

Rooms need an update.

“Aweful”

It was run down rooms were nasty, staff were rude ! It was very hard to get clean towel only 2 in the room they act like your going to steal the! Breakfast was inedible! I will never stay here again nor will I recommend it!!!!

Every thing

I liked that is was so close to my son's home. The breakfast they offer is very well designed.

Bed was uncomfortable. Bathroom could use updating and not painted over.
