So nice the apartment and the place was just perfect we had everything we needed around us and also the beach was so close with a lot of different restaurants. Free parking the WiFi was fast and worked good. Clean apartment with everything we needed. We also Felt very safe

Facility 1. Pool on property is good 2. Check in & Out smoothe and hastle free 3. 24/7 security make you feel safe even if don't need it 4. Guest access is hastle free (just have an ID for guests) 5. Barbeque grill on property to host BBQ 6. Aesthetics. It's beautiful and affordable. The Hotel Condo has eeeeverything you need, all the little things you need on a trip/vacation. 7. Resources. Stove, wash sink, cooking tools and dining stuff, light, water, very strong and consistent internet, washing machine and dryer, clothes iron & iron board, wardrobe, towels, rags, like all the bathroom stuff, like everything you need yow. Location is perfect 1. Walk 5 minutes to the beach 2. Uber 15 minutes to Down Town Punta Cana for Coco Bongo and Jumbo Supermarket (buy groceries here, no where else) & KFC & Burger King 3. Uber 20 minutes to Blue Mall 4. Uber to everywhere that is special in Punta Cana is basically under 30 mins, even other beaches. But you can literally walk the sea line on the beach from Bavaro, and go to the other beaches on the coast line which is even better (site seeing). The seas food at Bavaro beach is greeeaaat! 5. Uber to the airport is 30 mins Money 1. Cambio or Money exchange shop is 5 minutes walk. 2. Western Union shop is 7 minutes walk Communication is balanced (easy with some hard with some) 1. Google translator or a language translator App will become your temporary voice. You'll realize that you use it like the way you use your wallet/purse for the duration of your trip. I literally had a 30 minute conversation with a girl (she type i read, i type she read) So have roaming data on your phone or get a sim if you're staying more than a week or so. 2. Some speak a little english. Most don't. Few speaks english but dont want you to know lol so they pretend like they don't understand any ounce of English. These are usually the ones trying to cheat you lol. Souvenir 3.

1. That if you don't speak spanish, and they don't speak an ounce of english, some taxis try to cheat you. But no worries, the way around that is, dont spend USD, change USD to Dom Pesos and spend that. At restaurants or street food, ask for the menu 1st thing after saying Hola. Dont wait lol. Then you'll have the original prices to guage your spending. Don't just get food/items and ask how much (Quanto Questa?). Get the menue or ask Quanto Questa? 1st. Add todo if is more than one things all together.
