First and foremost I was impressed with how the communication went with the property manager they were attentive, they made sure that my questions were answered in a timely manner and went above and beyond to interact with me through messaging. They were accommodating with allowing us to show up 2 hours early for check-in which I appreciated. The property itself is in a good location it's close to shopping restaurant and convenient to other locations around Tampa. It's well furnished it was clean and meant the needs that we were looking for. I would also like to know that there was a last-minute change with a medical emergency on my end the two other individuals that were going to be accompanying me ended up going and they themselves enjoyed their stay.
