“Good except for some irritations”
The staff is very friendly. Location and sitting area in the back are awesome! Food was pretty good. Balconies are nice too.
I paid an extra $100 to upgrade to a premium room on the 11th floor. The first full day I got to listen to someone pounding on pipes REALLY loudly. I was told I could call ahead for beach setup - I did that and it wasn't done when I went down 25 minutes later (I was told 20 mins.) and there were three guys sitting there. More pounding the 2nd full day, but not on pipes. I wish I had not upgraded.
