Towel and Bed sheet were dirty . Lots if aunts in kitchen and bed . There was false advertisement. Address was wrong . It took me more than half a day to find the place because place is called Cancun Plaza not ocean view apartment. I do not recommend this place all kitchen equipments were not functioning such as microwave no coffee no water for guest

El complejo está bien ubicado, pero al condominio le falta mantenimiento y mejor comunicación con la administración; Natalia literalmente me ignoró en mi solicitud para que arreglaran la TV.

Es un hotel que requiere mantenimiento, pero está muy bien ubicado.
