They charged me $20 as a security deposit for the key. When I asked about getting the deposit back, they told me they would return it to me the day before check-out because I was planning to check out very early in the morning. When I went to the front desk, no one was there. I called them, and they told me they would bring the $20 to my room, but no one ever came. The next morning, there was still no one at the front desk, and I never received my $20 deposit back.
