Novotel Dubai Al Barsha

Employees were very friendly esp. the pool guy from Kenya, the lobby/doorman was very helpful and willing to teach us how to take the metro, taxi, grocery etc., housekeeping is also friendly. But the room that we got has already stains, carpet stains, chairs already tainted, showers not working proper, toilet/bathtubs and walls have black stains already.. and the aircondition not cold enough.. we tried to ask for another room but they inform us that their fully booked… during midnight to morning aircon is not working efficient.. But the hotel employees were mostly friendly and accomodating… elevator is clean/resepsjon and the pool is amazing…

Great location Very friendly and helpful staff Rooms are really old and need renovation Smelly carpets (old wet carpets kind of smell) although the team offered to change the room but it was a hassle for me to pack and unpack so had to live with the smell

Unique rooms were clean at all times very quiet area no issues at all. the bar located on the hotel was great
