Convenient location, the room has everything you need

I have stayed at this hotel many times before. This time, we chose a spacious corner room, which costs more than a standard room. Our room was on the 5th floor and overlooked a busy intersection with constant traffic as well as a train stop. It was noisy. When we checked in, I asked if it would be possible to change the room or move to another one, even if it meant paying an additional fee. Unfortunately, no alternatives were offered. I was genuinely surprised that a more expensive room turned out to be less comfortable than a standard one. The reception staff explained that because I had not booked a room with a “view,” this was the room I received. However, I wasn’t looking for a scenic view. I simply wanted to be able to sleep without being woken up by the constant noise of cars and trains.

Great location for the train station, great selection at brekfast with an incredible view from the 17th floor, nice size room that was very comfortable

The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable, I loved all the spots where you can hang out and the little treats 😊

One night the Rooftop bar and restaurant closed without any previous notification, an email o sms letting us know would have been appreciated, as we were planning on spending our evening at the cocktail bar.

Dès mon arrivée lors du check in on m’a fait payer 60€ de taxes de séjour hors quand j’ai réservé sur booking les taxes été comprise dans ma réservation je devais payer 601€ hors arrivé à l’hôtel j’ai été obliger de payer 666€ ce qui n’était pas du tout le pris de mon séjour lors de ma réservation.
