“Nel complesso, non ci tornerei”

Camera spaziosa e comoda. Servizio navetta gratuito per il traghetto che porta direttamente in centro città, molto pratico e comodo.

Colazione buona, ma c’erano le uova e non il bacon. I succhi di frutta erano molto annacquati. Esperienza molto spiacevole: lo shampoo mancava in camera la mattina e mi hanno detto che l’avrebbero portato entro sera. Tornata a mezzanotte, lo shampoo mancava ancora, mi avevano portato un altro bagnoschiuma. Scesa in reception a chiedere spiegazioni, prima hanno detto che l’hotel non fornisce shampoo (falso, in camera c’era anche il balsamo), poi che era finito in tutto l’hotel (più di 200 stanze) e di andarlo a comprare (a mezzanotte). Ho dovuto arrabbiarmi e insistere parecchio e lo shampoo è arrivato. Di certo sarebbe stato sufficiente avvisare e avrei potuto comprare lo shampoo in città, anche se trovo veramente assurdo rimanere completamente senza shampoo in un hotel così grande. Gestione veramente poco professionale della situazione.

“A Lovely Hotel”

My mother and I stayed here for a few days in July. When we arrived, the lady on the desk was lovely and very friendly. She checked us in quickly and efficiently. All the staff here are friendly and happy to help. Our room was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. The only issue we had is that the shower screen didn't have a great seal so it end up getting water on the floor. Other than that, the room was great. We had it cleaned every other day and the days we did not get it cleaned, we were given a drink token for a free drink in the bar which is a brilliant idea. The bar is quite small but it was never busy and again the staff were lovely. We ate there one evening and the food was very good and was huge portions. Breakfast was the same every morning and was mostly continental but it did the job. The free shuttle bus was amazing and made it so easy to get to the centre of Amsterdam. The drivers were great too. This is a fantastic hotel and we would definitely stay here again.
