Perfect location, close to everything in the city, beautiful and spacious room; great for family stay.

The room initially did not have a refrigerator or microwave, both things that were included in the rooms listing. However, upon calling the front desk and requesting these items, they were promptly delivered to the room, rectifying the issue.

room was as expected. The location was perfect and we walked quite a bit. check-in was easy, the valets were helpful, and the stores had enough. The continental breakfast was also good and well organized.

There was some discussion about the size of the bed and if it was really a queen size. Couch was beat up. We used it as a bed and it was not comfortable and the cushions were busting out the seems. No coffee maker was a discomfort as we were on the 43rd floor and wake up early.
