“Amazing location”
Things I Loved the location close to everything The pool on the rooftop was amazing not the biggest pool nice for a dip The rooms were incredible especially the bed
Friendliness of the staff wasnt the best epically the ones at breakfast one looked like she didnt want to be there.

La chambre était propre mais sans vue. La salle du petit déjeuner a une très belle vue. L'emplacement est très bien. Le spa aussi était très appréciable.
Le service au bar du roof-top était peu aimable

“Au coeur de Palma”
Personnel à la réception disponibles, arrangeant et chaleureux. L’hôtel est idéalement situé à proximité de la vieille ville proche des bus, commerces, restaurants. J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon temps au spa aussi.
La propreté du sol de la chambre n’était pas optimale, il y avait aussi pas mal de poussière sur les meubles
