⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay was absolutely incredible! Silvia and the entire team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We stayed for 7 days, and without a doubt, they were the best 7 days of our entire year. The level of customer service here is truly exceptional. Everyone is kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about making your stay unforgettable. The atmosphere is peaceful, relaxing, and makes you feel right at home. If you’re planning a trip to Playa del Carmen and want a place where you’ll be treated like family while enjoying a quiet and beautiful environment, this is the place to stay. We can’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely be back

Alles war perfekt und gepflegt. Das Personal und der Besitzer sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstück genossen wir auch sehr. Der Swimmingpool ist ein Traum und extrem sauber. Viele Sitzgelegenheiten um den Pool haben wir geschätzt. Sie laden ein zum Verweilen. Die Distanz zum Strand beträgt 15 Minuten. Ein grosses Einkaufszentrum ist ganz in der Nähe. Ein sehr schöner und ruhiger Ort zum Verweilen.

Super clean, comfortable and secure accommodation. The Owner Alan and host Silvia were delightful. Friendly, open, generous with their time and very knowledgeable about the area regarding destinations and activities . We felt very welcome there. The breakfast deserves a special mention as this was very good indeed as well as varied. The location requires a car as it is tucked away from the beach and town in a quiet location. The pool was also very welcome.
