I loved my room where I could look down and into the City from my bed. I loved the food and the rooftop bar! Great team of employees. Thank you so much ❤️

I could not open the Windows

“Ok facilities, not great staff”

It had a cool vibe, the bed was comfortable and the ac was efficient.

The staff seemed disinterested in helping or doing any kind of work. When I called the front desk to ask if I could check in early In was on hold for 11 minutes until I hung up and called back. When arrived and I got to the front desk I was not greeted, and it seemed I was more of an inconvenience wanting to check in. The next day I had checked out and left my luggage at the front desk. When I came back to get it I had to wait 20 min for the bag to be brought from storage. And then they didn't ask if I needed my parking voucher validated. I remembered after I had already left and had to go back to ask.
