Room was clean and smells great, but the water from the shower leaked onto the floor.
Host was always available for any questions; staff was exceptional.
Perfect location near metro and within walking distance to attractions.

“Wonderful”
The apartment was very clean, and it was cleaned twice during our week-long stay. The location was excellent—about a 15-minute walk from the Duomo in the center of Milan, while still being in a very quiet area. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and polite. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this apartment

“広くて清潔！洗濯機や食器洗浄機があって便利”
部屋がとても広いのに清掃が完璧で隅々まで清潔だった 洗濯機と屋内用物干しがあり便利だった
周囲にレストランは少ない

el trato personal. Nos ofrecieron el traslado desde el aeropuerto por 70€ y al llegar nos cobraron 175€. El apartamento muy bonito pero casi no tiene enchufes.
