Abdallah in concierge was exceptional but a staff at the swimming pool was being funny. Rooms are clean but had to ask for towels and tissues. Overall, I’ll consider going back.

Hotel was fine, had valet parking complimentary. Only issue was when the housekeepers came to clean the rooms they took the dirty towels away but didn't replace them. So we had to phone them daily to bring towels to the room. Breakfast was ok can get busy if you turn up after 9.30 with a que outside. There is building site near it currently. The fuel station next door has a subway and papajohns. Other places to eat you have to walk all the way round as the hotel sits on sheikh Zayed road.
