The whole Marriott Marquis Dubai Creek team made our stay magnificent. Great on the check-in to the check-out, they paid attention to details to accommodate us and even exceed our expectations. They definitely excelled at it. My goodness, the New Year’s gala was for the Guinness Book of Records—food, music, ambiance, etc. were amazing. I want to thank Jone, Bala, Sofian, Che, Fernando, and the Abu from the Desert Adventures desk were efficient, friendly, and professional and made me and my family feel like family.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with a great atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and excellent service overall — but team members like Jone are what truly elevate the experience from great to unforgettable.
