Quelques membres du personnel pas très accueillant. Le volume de la musique était juste insupportable au niveau de la piscine (impossible de se parler). Pas idéal pour se reposer.

가족여행이었고 급하게 예약하게 되어서 큰 기대없이 선택하였으나 결과는 대만족! 직원 교육이 너무 잘 되어 있는건지, 모두 항상 웃고 친절하게 응대하는 모습이 감동적일 정도. 직원 응대에서는 이번 여행의 더 비싼 다른 숙소들에 압승! 기념일 이벤트도 챙겨줬는데.. 정말 친절해서 놀랐음. 재작년 몰디브에 갔을때에 내 전용 버틀러가 배정되어 일정 챙겨줬는데, 솔직히 여기 직원들이 더 나았음. 헬스장도 이용하고 운동 프로그램도 이용했는데 꼭 해보기를 추천! 아주 친절한 트레이너가 칼로리를 마구 소모하게 해줌. 키즈 클럽도 감동적임. 우리 아이들은 어느정도 커서 재미없으면 안 가려하는데, 여기서는 데리러 갈때마다 조금더 놀고 싶다고 함. 리조트 시설도 리모델링 되어서 매우 깔끔함. 음식도 괜찮음. 결론은 가격 대비 미친 가성비에 감동적인 서비스를 경험할수 있음. 적극 추천!

8월은 해초 시즌이어서 아침마다 대형 트랙터로 치우던데 그래도 바다 수영하기에는 조금 적절하지는 않음. 그런데 이건 호텔존 모두 마찬가지이고, 이곳은 적극 관리하는편으로. 보임.

An Exceptional Family Stay—The Marriott All-Inclusive Made Cancún Truly Special This was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had in Cancún. The resort is compact, cozy, well organized, exceptionally clean, and perfect for families—even when busy. Our room was spotless, the food was fresh with great variety, and the beach was constantly cleaned despite seaweed season. The entertainment team, especially *Javier and Emily, were amazing with our son and provided wonderful entertainment every day. The kids club was a true highlight: **Flesia, Ismael, Adan, Merry, and others* gave our children so much care, warmth, and attention. Our daughter’s birthday was made unforgettable with cakes, gifts, room decorations, balloons, and special touches for several days. A huge thank-you to the concierge team, especially *Diego Sanchez*, Captain Bellstand, as well as the kids club, front desk, the Organic coffee and the restaurants staff. *Chef Gustavo* was exceptional. He made excellent thin-crust pizza for us and went above and beyond by arranging freshly grilled fish for us at dinner, even when it was not on the restaurant menu. The sushi restaurant was also outstanding. The pool and beach bartenders remembered our orders, pool waiters worked nonstop, and the lazy-river and slide teams were caring and focused on children’s safety. The Organic Coffee staff were lovely with our kids, and even on departure, *Manuel* arranged a taxi to the airport at the same price as our Uber option. We have stayed at other 5 star all inclusive Cancún hotels, but there is no comparison. The genuine hospitality and attention to detail made this a truly unforgettable family vacation.
