“Would absolutely recommend & stay again!”
On arrival I was gifted the local drink & pastry in my room with a handwritten note which was a lovely touch. and the mineral water was refilled daily free of charge. The room was lovely, with a cute window seat overlooking the street (although no street noise!). Bed was comfortable & duvet cloud like. Aircon worked really well (maybe a little too well at times!). Bathroom was clean with free toiletries. Location couldn't be any better and I loved sitting in the square outside after a long day with a wine and my book before heading to bed.
I really loved the hotel and have very little feedback. My only two minor comments would be: 1) - staff were really friendly but no information was offered on the local area or things to do in Lisbon, not a big deal as I had thoroughly researched, but as a lone traveller it is sometimes a nice touch to give a little local knowledge so the traveller feels at home (being on your own, it can sometimes be intimidating to ask). 2) the bar terrace in the square was often not open when it was advertised that it would be, again not a big deal as I sat in independent kiosks in the square instead, but just an observation.
