Property was extremely unclean almost to he point of health and safety hazard. First room was filthy and made us cough. Dirt and hair in the bed. Second room we were shown had a man sleeping in the bed. Bathroom was disgusting, sink was completely scratched out like a cat had been in there. Horrible smell of damp throughout the property
Each corridor had trash bags hanging out, housekeeping trolleys everywhere. Terrible in case of potential fire. Hand prints. Rotting furniture. Dust. The staff were not helpful and refused to give a refund or provide any help. Instead of calling booking.com. They were event willing to help us find the number. Despite being fully fledged reception.
