“Ottimi servizi e ottima struttura ma Via mal frequentata”
Struttura molto pulita, servizio di pulizia camera e cambio asciugamano ogni giorno.
Seppure a 2 passi dal centro la via è frequentata da tossici e ad alcuni orari non è percorribile in maniera del tutto serena

This is the perfect location and value.A stone's throw away from Plaza Merced. I literally could throw a stone to the plaza from our room. 5-star hotel cleanliness, bathrooms, and service for 1/4 the price. The staff is SO nice. Send them a message on WhatsApp, and they respond within 30min and help you with whatever you need.

“Pobyt był bardzo udany i bogaty we wrażenia.”
Wspaniała lokalizacja - maksymalnie 8 minut pieszo do najciekawszych zabytków w centrum, w tym do Katedry (elektroniczny przewodnik po polsku!) oraz około 15 minut do cudownego Santuario de la Victoria. Cicha i spokojna uliczka, czuliśmy się bezpiecznie. W pobliżu dobrze zaopatrzony supermarket (od strony zachodniej, Calle Ramos Marín), różne drobne sklepiki oraz Plaza de la Merced (od strony wschodniej) z licznymi restauracjami. W obiekcie są: mały salon ze stołem, z widokiem na podwórko, łazienka i mała sypialnia z drzwiami balkonowymi wychodzącymi na ulicę. Jest także lodówka. Mimo końca maja w pokoju nie było zbyt gorąco. Na dole, obok hallu jest dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Obiekt jest bezobsługowy, kontakt z właścicielem telefoniczny. Żona właściciela mówi po polsku.
Wszystko było OK.
