“Very nice hotel and definitely will recommend to anyone who’s travelling to London.”
Very conveniently located next to the king x station. The hotel is very clean and the beddings were very comfortable. The breakfast was really nice and it’s a good deal to incl breakfast to your booking.
The only complaint is the bathtub in the room. Without shower facility. It’s very difficult not to make the floor wet sorry.

“Come for the convenience. But expect terrible service and housekeeping”
The location is excellent.
The housekeeping was a disaster. Dirty cups every day, water bottles left on the table, bed not made well. Despite multiple requests instead of shampoo the team kept bringing shower gel. TV did not work, WiFi did not work. The electrician who came to fix the TV could not communicate what the options were. The wallpaper and furniture is dated. Overall a really unhappy experience. I would not recommend nor stay here again. And for as much as I paid I was surprised with the service. It’s like staying in a 1 star hotel at night.
