“This place was the metaphorical pig that wore lipstick!!!!”
The location was close to shopping and grocery store like whole foods. The boardwalk was beautiful and clean, and safe for evening strolls.
I did not like the lack of transparency when it comes to extra fees, the breakfast... Oatmeal $8, cereal over$10, the prices were outrageous. Torn linen on the bedding, hair in bathroom, missing towels and extra roll of toilet paper just to name a few things. I also waited 1.5 hours for a disposable coffee cup because the one in my room was dirty. I changed rooms and both had issues. I was very displeased with the cleanliness of the building. There were discarded food and leftover food service trays that sat on the floor in the hallway for hours before anyone came to take the items back down to the kitchens. There needs to be changes if Marriott wants to keep this hotel at a luxury tier under their brand umbrella!!!!
