The apartment is very well located, in a nice and well-maintained residence. The luggage storage service at their office is also very convenient.

The main issue was the bed. Very small (around 1.40m) and extremely noisy. Every single movement makes a loud noise and wakes the other person up, which made it almost impossible to sleep properly. We stayed for 4 nights and had a very poor sleep experience because of this. We reported the issue the day after our arrival, but the host only replied that nobody had complained about the bed before. However, there was actually a recent review from less than two weeks earlier mentioning the exact same problem. I also asked for an extra bedsheet so I could try sleeping on the sofa, as the bed was so uncomfortable, but I never received one. The sofa itself is very old and not comfortable. For a 4-night stay in summer, having only two towels was also not enough, although two additional towels were sent after our complaint.

Localização muito boa, próxima ao centro histórico que facilita o deslocamento. Apartamento limpo e atendeu muito bem nossas necessidades.
