“Disappointing due to unexpected early-morning noise, lack of communication and toilet with hair”
The property is in a great location, close to the parks and other attractions.
We were awakened at 8:00 a.m. by loud banging on the ceiling, and the hotel did not notify us beforehand that work would be taking place. We were also told we would receive a credit for parking, but we were still charged for it. Overall, the experience was disappointing and could have been handled much better.
