“Exceeded my expectations”
This Hyatt exceeded my expectations compared to other Hyatts in the city. The service was great and hotel was really clean! The staff was friendly and interacted with the whole family. We went for drinks at the bar and the sangria was great and the waitress talked to our child and brought him a drink. The bar was busy but staff was very attentive and friendly. They should give them extra help. We will definitely be back to this location

“Great hotel. Clean & comfy rooms”
Great staff and clean rooms. Stayed here 2x now and have been very happy with how clean the rooms are. Breakfast is great but not included with the room price.

“Exactly what I needed in NYC”
It was a great hotel. The staff helped me with early check-in (no fee) and there was a heatwave….the AC was pumping. The room was clean. Nice little gym and free coffee in the mornings. No nonsense, just a comfortable hotel with nice people. Be back soon!
