“Great location”

Great location! Close to the museums and could walk to most of the main attractions, including the canal ports. Also they had a dining area that was available almost 24/7. It was great to eat take-out food as well as buy drinks and drink water. Also functioned as a place to work, when breakfast was not being served.

Small room was very small, but they did a good job of the bathroom with relatively spacious shower and heated floor. Plus they kept the room clean.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before, but unfortunately, this stay was a bit of a disappointment.

I felt the hotel was rather grubby and dusty this time. The bathroom constantly smelled of urine, and the staff at reception weren't particularly friendly either. Usually, the reception team here is exceptionally warm and welcoming, but this time they were just glued to their phones, and completely uninviting.
