Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices and was a great way to start the day. Most of all, the hotel staff were incredibly attentive, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

The location was very good. The hotel staff were very kind and very accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was very much enjoyed by our family.

We traveled to Rome during a very hot period and unfortunately the hotel’s A/C in the lobby and dining area was very weak. So it was not very comfortable to sit or spend time in those areas. We knew the hotel was very old when we booked, but we had hoped that the room would have been more current/updated. It was not. Everything in the room seemed very dated. The fabric sitting chair in the corner of the room was badly stained, no one wanted to sit on it. One bathroom sink barely had any water flow and seemed to leak on around the countertop. There was a huge gap between the bathroom door casing and the drywall. Overall, the room was not close to our expectation. We would chose to stay at another property if we return to Rome.
