“Terrible stay away go to another hotel were your custom is respected”

Front reception very rude and not very helpful, anything we asked for was an issue and my wife had just come out of hospital and we had 4 suitcases as we arrived there was 3 male staff members behind the desk and not one of them offered to help also I complained that the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working and very noisy and after asking 3 times still nobody came to look at it, also it’s very dirty on the floors along the hallways and the rooms need renovating very overpriced but the worst thing was all the front desk very rude I would advise everyone to spend their money elsewhere much better hotels for the same price without rude staff.
